I. Introduction

  1. These Terms govern your purchases in our e-shop and form part of the purchase agreement. Any mutually agreed deviations from these Terms take precedence.

  2. These Terms apply to consumers. For non-consumers, general legal provisions (mainly the Civil Code) apply.

II. Payment & Delivery Restrictions

  1. Payment Methods:

    • Credit/debit card

    • Instant bank transfer

    • Bank transfer

    • Cash on delivery (COD)

    • Google Pay

  2. Delivery Areas: Slovakia and Czech Republic (unless otherwise agreed).

 

 

III. User Account

  1. Optional for purchases.

  2. Keep login details secure; ensure account data is up to date.

  3. Occasional maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.

  4. We may deactivate accounts for prolonged inactivity or contractual/legal violations.

 

 

IV. Product Reviews

  1. Customers with verified purchases (via user accounts) may submit reviews.

  2. Unverified reviews (not tied to a purchase) are unvetted.

  3. Reviews undergo automated checks. Prohibited content includes:

    • External links, phishing, hate speech, false claims, or promotional content.

  4. Third-party platform reviews (e.g., Google) are beyond our control.

 

 

V. Our Products

  1. Product details (price, availability, delivery) are listed in the e-shop. Custom agreements override these.

  2. Discounted items (e.g., open-box) cannot be returned for the same defect. Standard warranty applies otherwise.

  3. Prices include taxes (excluding shipping).

  4. Obvious pricing errors are non-binding.

 

 

VI. Order Process

  1. Add items to cart → proceed through checkout.

  2. Confirm product details, shipping method, and final price before submitting.

  3. Orders are binding upon clicking "Order & Pay."

  4. We email an order confirmation.

  5. Unusual orders (e.g., bulk) may require additional verification.

 

 

VII. Delivery

  1. Shipped to your selected address via chosen method.

  2. Failure to accept delivery may incur costs (e.g., return shipping, storage).

  3. Inspect goods upon receipt; report defects promptly.

 

 

VIII. Payment

  1. Prices include VAT.

  2. Payment Options: Same as Section II.

    • COD: Pay upon delivery.

    • Bank transfers: Goods ship after payment clears.

  3. E-invoices are sent to your email.

  4. Discounts cannot be combined.

 

 

IX. Returns (Withdrawal)

  1. 14-Day Right to Withdraw (consumers only), except for:

    • Perishable/custom-made items, sealed hygiene products.

  2. Handle goods with care during inspection.

  3. Notify us of withdrawal via any method (form provided but optional).

  4. Return shipping costs are yours (max €150 for bulky items).

  5. Refunds issued within 14 days of return receipt.

 

 

X. Warranty & Complaints

  1. Defects Covered: Goods must match order, function as intended, and comply with laws.

  2. Warranty Periods:

    • 1 year (presumed defect at delivery).

    • 2 years for latent defects.

  3. Claim Process:

    • Contact us with order details, defect description, and preferred resolution.

    • Return defective items (photos may suffice in some cases).

  4. Remedies: Repair, replacement, discount, or refund for major defects.

  5. Resolved within 30 days; otherwise, you may cancel or request a discount.

 

 

XI. Final Provisions

  2. Governing Law: Slovak Republic (consumer rights remain protected).
